A
new website was launched on Smokey Bear's 58th birthday. The original
Smokey Bear ad campaign has been changed to reflect the massive outbreak
of wildfires. The campaign has shifted its focus from children to adults
and has adapted the new slogan "Only You Can Prevent Wildfires."
The new website now includes much more factual information about wildfire
safety and prevention and has redesigned the children's area.
